Service and limitations

Last updated: October 21, 2026. FAHR FACE is an independent online face age estimation service using our self-hosted FAHR-FaceAge model on Hugging Face. It is not affiliated with Harvard University, Mass General Brigham or Brigham and Women's Hospital.

An estimate describes a model's interpretation of a photograph, not biological age, health, lifespan or a diagnosis. Lighting, framing, expression, demographic bias and model errors may materially affect the answer. No clinical accuracy, confidence score or improvement over time is promised. Do not use results for medical, employment, insurance, identity verification or other consequential decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and submit only your own portrait. Keep account credentials private. Do not upload another person's image, unlawful content or medical records, and do not attempt unauthorized access or interference.

One-time packs

Prices are USD: $10 for 3 tests, $20 for 10 tests and $50 for 50 tests. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; there is no automatic renewal. The final amount is shown in Stripe checkout. Purchases are assigned to the signed-in account after server-confirmed payment. Generic promotional AI credits do not pay for portrait tests.

One successful result uses one test. A confirmed failure returns the reserved test allowance, not a cash payment. If submission may have succeeded but the connection failed, the allowance stays reserved while the outcome is reconciled; automatically resubmitting could produce duplicate charges. Packs have no configured expiration in the current service. Refunded or disputed purchases lose their unused allowances.

Billing assistance

For duplicate charges, missing allowances or a monetary refund request, contact account support with the order reference. Returning a test allowance is separate from refunding a Stripe payment. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Data and availability

Read the privacy notice before starting a test. Our self-hosted FAHR-FaceAge service on Hugging Face processes submitted portraits, and Stripe handles card payments. Availability and processing times depend on service conditions. Do not use this as the sole archive of important information.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Material service or pricing changes apply as disclosed before future purchases. Contact the operator through account support.
